Fluence assembles excess compute capacity from top tier data centers around the world into a global, always-on DePIN network that is suitable for running a wide range of applications. The platform is open, allowing users to change providers easily, ensuring that prices stay low and service levels are high.

Mission focus

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our mission by focusing on:

  1. 01Advocating why teams should build on Fluence.
  2. 02Securing partnerships to extend the use of Fluence.
  3. 03Ensuring long-term success for Fluence users and partners.

Key responsibilities

  1. 01Develop strategic relationships with key players in web3 (L1/2, infrastructure, DApps).
  2. 02Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies for Fluence.
  3. 03Be creative: always come up with new ideas of collaboration or pitching angles to drive new deals.
  4. 04Always hustle: go after relevant leads, capture interest and push down the funnel to close deals.
  5. 05Understand and explain Fluence’s technical products to potential partners.
  6. 06Gather feedback to improve products and services.

Requirements

  1. 012+ years in business development in Web3.
  2. 02Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems.
  3. 03Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
  4. 04Strong market insight and analytical skills.
  5. 05Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
